I was raised in Pasco County. I started in the title industry over 25 years ago. I am a licensed title agent with experience in all types of real estate transactions. I live in Homosassa and I like to spend my time with my family who are the most important part of my life. I enjoy being on the water. Fishing is my favorite, along with air-boating and relaxing at the Spring.
Anthony J. Messina, Esq.

Anthony attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance. After Florida State, Anthony attended Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Anthony began his career practicing as an associate attorney for Mark T. Tate, P.A. for several years, where he worked for nationally prominent clients including the New York Yankees and Advantage Waypoint. Anthony has substantial experience in a broad range of transactional areas including real estate, business transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and probate and estate planning. Anthony is licensed in the State Courts of Florida. Anothony has been in the title busness closing real estate transactions throughout Florida for over 10 years. Anthony enjoys playing basketball, traveling, spending time with his family, and watching Florida State University and all local Tampa Bay sports teams.
